1.	Each staff member submits a handwriting sample, on a voluntary basis.
2.	Allegratek consultants analyze each handwritten sample and develop a profile of the employee.
3.	An Allegratek consultant or a company executive reads each profile to the group without revealing the employee’s name. The other participants try to identify who is being described.
4.	The firm assembles the profiles into a binder for future perusal.
